Posh Cosmetic Brush & Accessories Make-Up Set

In mid December, I placed an order on with Posh Brushes,(it came before the end of the month, like it said it would).I bought this set. I could have sworn that when I purchased it, it was only $89.99, but now it says $119.99 (maybe it got more popular? I heard about posh brushes online and saw (and felt) some brushes that were at Long's Drugs. They seemed to be very good quality and they were very soft!) Luckily I used a "50% off" code that I found online and that made me want to buy the set even more.

The website desribes the set as: "The Posh brush and accessory kit represents the best of the best… 16 make-up brushes, a brush wrap, a brush caddy, 44 assorted foam wedges, sponges and cosmetic applicators, a duo pencil sharpener, gel face mask, a bonus Plump'Up Lip gloss and FREE shipping in the USA!"

The eye mask. It feels so cool and nice on my eyes.



Plumping lip gloss in "Burgundy". Gives a nice tingling feeling, but not sure if it really does the job of plumping.

Hello! This is one of my recent CCO hauls. I went to the one in Napa and got 4 items. They had a lot of goodies when I went, but had to stop myself from getting everything that I wanted!

So this is what I bought 2 weeks ago. I haven''t had the time to post it till now. I got a couple items. All beauty related! Here it goes!

I've heard about the bronzers being really fragile and turns to dust once the brush touches it, but I think that was the only bad thing about it. I will do a review soon. I've previously bought palettes and those are great, and for $1 each item, why not? =)

I found these on sale for about $4 something. I thought it was a pretty good deal considering it comes with a free lip liner also. Ahh, I'm such a sucker for deals!

And lastly, I grabbed some lashes. These are by N.Y.C. and I am in love with them! I had one of each already, but decided to grab more. These go for about $1.72 I believe.





I'll try to do swatches ASAP. I have a hard time getting the true color because of the flash though. And when I don't use a flash, my skin looks orange/yellow. O well I'll think of something!

Haul

I have been major haul-ing, but can't post any pics at the moment because I just let my brother borrow my camera for the weekend. D'OH! That stinks... I'm going to try and borrow someone else's cuz I want to share my goodies!!

Baby Haul

So I got 3 things.

Sweet William Blush Creme Pearl: I got this because I got my first cream blush from MAC about a month ago, and I LOVE IT! It stays on soo good and I just had to get another one.

Stilife Paint: I've seen good looks using this. I already have Bare Study Paint Pot and I just wanted to try it... I'm just trying to justify my spending habits... =)

Rose Blanc e/s: I've seen PinkieCharm's review on YouTube. AND I swatched it and it is beeeautiful!

New Physicians Formula

So one day I was looking through my mail. I found a envelope and in it was a coupon good for any one product of Physicians Formula's Organic Wear line. I was thinking, SWEET! FREE MAKEUP!! So I went to Long's and found a pressed powder with a BONUS blush. How sweet!! Buy one, get one free! And I didn't even buy the product. So this is what I chose. Each has it's own mirror and brush applicator. I love free stuff!

I was able to find these 2 things by e.l.f. I got:

I was excited to get these items because I really wanted to try the eyeshadow brush, the natural lashes, and because I had lost my lash gloss/clear brow mascara (and I loved it!). i also heard good things about the tweezers, and everything else was basically extra. Hopefully I'll do a look with these products soon.

New Cargo

So I heard about the sale they have on Cargo products at Pure Beauty and I wanted to give it a try. I went to one Pure Beauty store in SF and it was only 50% off and they didn't have much to choose from. So I went to the mall and found Cargo for 75% off. I ended up only getting 2 eyes shadow duos because I felt that I could go without some new lip glosses or eyeliners, powders, whatever. I got the duos in Oregon and Omaha.

AVON

As I mentioned in a previous blog, I purchased a couple items from Avon.
These are some of the items, not including nail polishes and what my mom got.

These feel pretty similar to NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencils. I LOVE to use Night Glisten as an eyeliner. It's really big and bulky, but it just glides on really dark!

Yeah, that's it for my little Avon haul. I bought a lip conditioner and I thought I'd love it. I mean, I tried it and it felt really nice and soft, but a little while passed and my lip started to swell a bit. I think I'm allergic to something in it. The same thing happens to me when I use Blistex lip balm or whatever it is...OK, Enjoy!
